☁️ SaaS Subscriptions (ApplyPilot, MediDesk, RestoBOT, etc.)
If you are not satisfied with our SaaS product within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
No refunds are available after the first 7 days unless there is a critical technical failure on our part (e.g., complete service unavailability for 72+ hours).
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. No prorated refund for the current billing period after the 7-day window.
Prorated refund available within the first 30 days (minus the equivalent of 2 months of monthly subscription fees). No refund after 30 days for annual plans.
🛠️ Custom Development Projects
Full refund of advance payment if you cancel before the project kick-off meeting and before any significant work has commenced.
50% of the advance payment (25% of total project cost) will be refunded. This accounts for planning, design, and initial development work already completed.
No refund of the advance payment. All work completed up to the cancellation point will be delivered to you.
No refunds once the final deliverable has been approved and handed over. Any post-delivery issues are covered under our warranty period (1 month of free bug fixes).
🎯 Consulting & Support Services
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Cancel with 30 days notice. Prorated refund for unused days in the current billing cycle.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration and server costs paid to third-party providers are non-refundable.
Costs for third-party API calls (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, AI tokens) are non-refundable.
Training or onboarding sessions already conducted are non-refundable.
